Describe the Bug with repro steps

1. Create a Logic App with standard plan
2. Create a new workflow
3. Create a new parameter of type float
4. Set value to 500 or 500.0
5. Save the workflow
6. You get an error

Workflow validation failed for the workflow '<MyWorkflow>'. {"error":{"code":"WorkflowParametersValueTypeMismatch","message":"The provided value for the workflow parameter '<MyParameter>' at line '1' and column '8002' is not valid."}}
