I find MXNet implements Batch Normalization using cuDNN APIs (cudnnBatchNormalizationForward and cudnnBatchNormalizationBackward), while Caffe writes its own code. Is Caffe considering using cuDNN APIs also?

See #3919 from NVIDIA, you can patch that in now if you need it ASAP :)
