label order sometimes different for cyrest command and summary network

Analysis done in R on network. All cluster labels were retrieved.
manually annotated and created summary network in cytoscape
tried to map computed values on to the summary network but some of the node labels were different (for example command returned "signaling degradation wnt" but the summary network contained "signaling wnt degradation")
