Are there use cases which this version does not serve? I will be working on a V2. This is our internal list

Get message by partition offset
Subscribe to messages with filter
Support for Kafka headers
Manual paging or polling, i.e. retrieve next batch
History of messages published to
"Saved" publish message payload for easy testing
Dynamic templating for publish messages for load testing
Access controls for deployment in prod

Anything else?

Not super important but a live graph for topics and consumers stats would be nice.
