Is TypeScript support broken?

Hi, yeah, those instructions are wrong. TypeScript support is being added in this branch: https://github.com/BitGo/bitgo-utxo-lib/tree/BG-7478-typescriptify-bitgo-utxo-lib

Test passed but haven't got the time to test it more thoroughly
