Perpetual "transport error"

Good day

When doing payments I get an error with the message of "transport error". I've tried multiple times today to make a payment but was not able to.

This also been a problem for the past month but today it is not working at all. Is there something I can do on my side?

@Laderlappen can you please check again how are things looking on your end? You shouldn't see transport errors anymore (they can happen, but very rarely).

I tried payments again now. Most of them still fail. But at least some of them go through now. The first few attempts failed.

I have a retry mechanism in the payments to retry 3 times if the payment fails. Here is an example of the first attempt failing and then the second one works (It looks like this happens most of the time, the fist attempt always fails):

As the Breez SDK is planning to build a stop-gap solution, I also opened a tracking issue for gl-client itself here #428

We'll keep that one open until it is fixed internally, and I'm closing this issue.
