Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Use the last Updated time in Post meta instead of the Published date. There are currently 2 date formats available for posts, the date and the human readable timeago.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow Post date to use the last Updated value in addition to the Published date.
