Cannot get even spacing between posts and header/footer on Blog Page

Using the controls we currently have, I can set the top and bottom margins for posts on the blog page. However, this means I can't get an even amount of space above the first post to the header, inbetween all the posts, and at the bottom between the footer and the final post on the page.

Maybe have a new control just for above spacing the first post and below the last? I'm not sure what would work here.

Possibly consider removing margin / padding controls to resolve this

Suggest having the top margin only control the space between the first post and the page title / header and the bottom margin only control the space below each post.
