"Taking too long?" [Cancel] (i)(Incurs a network fee of ~X sats)

Only for taproot swaps. Needs backend endpoint change.

I support this.
Instead of minutes, maybe 6+ blocks would be sufficient.
BTC-->LN swap shouldn't take any longer than an hour I'd say.
