@mlamkin7 , is this ok? I basically just disabled numpy 2 so that it won't get installed when someone tries to install the latest version of haptools. This is the same approach we took in TRTools Unfortunately, if someone installs an older version of haptools, they might still run into the numpy issue... |

numpy 2.0 is coming out in 11 days! I hope the python world is ready
