FEATURE-BASED-MOLECULAR-NETWORKING not running and showing no progress

Feature based molecular network wont run in GNPS. Jobs have been running for three days and show no status update for processing. It also won't let me delete the jobs that are running.

In feature-based molecular networking I submitted a job with an .mgf file into MS2 and a .txt file into the quantification table. I tried uploading by both drag and drop and through FTP but neither jobs will run. Data was originally processed in MS-dial. All other settings were default. I have submitted these files before and they have run fine.

I'm having the same issue with single spectrum searches through MASST search.
