Dear Professors,
I run MolnetEnhancer by using tools from the GNPS website (Provide the IDs of FBMN, NAP, and MS2LDA_MOTIFDB). My job at MolnetEnhancer was done. However, I saw it was as strange as the attachment. Could you tell me what happened with my result and how to fix the problem?

I had a a similar problem with MolNetEnhancer, not matching any classes
