Create a narrative tutorial illustrating the use of wibl/wibl-python that covers the following topics:

converting to wibl format using LogConvert
editing wibl files (e.g. for appending metadata) using wibl-python
exporting wibl files to GeoJSON format using wibl-python
validating GeoJSON files using csbschema and wibl-python
submitting GeoJSON files to DCDB using wibl-python
