Description

We should perform passive testing of the Okta migration work. We should enable the oktaMigrationEnabled feature flag for a couple of the dev environments so that this work can be tested as devs test/work on these envs.

Proposed solution

  • Set the oktaMigrationEnabled feature flag to true for a couple dev envs
    • ideally these envs have metabase access for easy debugging
