Bluetooth Issues with Monterey (Connection and Airdop issue)

Hello! Been having some major Bluetooth issues under Monterey, I know Monterey broke BT for some chips and we need to use BlueToolFixup.kext. But I wanted to make sure that the problem is happening for everyone, not just me. Using the Dw1820A for wifi/bluetooth. Can connect to BT headphones but after disconnecting the headphones, they do not connect again until restarting. Also if I turn off bluetooth, I cant turn it back on. Anything to do with Continuity isn't working. Airdrop, Universal Clipboard, Personal Hotspot from WiFi menu, nothing.

Would love it if there is anything I can do to fix these issues. Thanks!

There is really this problem in Monterey, but I don't know why it is caused now.
I updated OpenCore 0.7.3 You can try it.

Great news! Updated to OC 0.7.3 and everything so far is working. Closing it so far, will reopen if the issues reappear.

Welp, the issue is back, was working fine for the first boot, after that it's back. Bluetooth straight up does not work at all, as a consequence, airdrop/handoff/instant hotspot does not work. Only Wifi is working.

Edit: After some tests, bluetooth and everything related is working when booted for the first time. Stops working after the laptop sleeps for the first time.

This is a problem with BlueToolFixup, and the driver is not yet perfect.
Turning off Bluetooth will destroy Bluetooth (it cannot be turned on again).

In addition, I added a brand new card reader driver in the new version, you can check it and enable it.
Cancel Sinetek-rtsx.kext and enable RealtekCardReaderFriend.kext and RealtekCardReader.kext.

It can recognize the card reader as built-in and supports high speed.
