Add search bar interaction for students - Front-end

In this issue, we will be focusing on the front-end of adding a search bar in the user interface so we can implement a feature for students to filter the questions by searching through questions asked by using keywords such as "server" or "project 7". This feature will be implemented by introducing a search bar on the discussions page of the NodeBB site.

Estimated effort:
The task will require about 1-2 days to complete. Bugs and other issues might take another day to fix. Around 2 days in total.

Acceptance criteria:
This feature will be tested using the keyword "spanish" in the search bar. If the search bar works, NodeBB will return 5 out of the 15 added discussions that have the word "spanish".
