learn_loop needs to save initial training samples #106

In learn_loop function, whenever we choose the chosen train is not original , it needs to save the initial training sample.

in the same folder where the other outputs are stored (photoids, queries, metrics, prob) there should also be a training folder to store the initial training sample.
