Is this happening every time you run a test? Or was it some sort of a one time thing?

It happens every time. It seems that it is test_keyio.py has an error.

This is weird. The test passes everywhere else, so I cannot really look into it. The error definitely arises from within the keyjar.remove_outdated which in your case doesn't clear the keys. Could you please trace that particular call and maybe see what might be causing that?
