Do You Need Immediate Help?

  • Yes because Caldera Forms seems to have a lot of compatibility issues with the latest Wordpress releases.

Is This A Feature Request?

  • No.

What Version Of Caldera Forms, WordPress and PHP Are You Using?

  • WordPress Version: 5.6.2
  • PHP Version: 7.3.16-1
  • MySQL Version: 5.7.26
  • Caldera Forms Version: 1.9.4

Does Your Issue Persist When You Disable All Other Plugins and Switch To The Default Theme?

  • Yes.

What Is The Unexpected Behaviour?

Despite the fact that Caldera Forms 1.9.4 seems to be working properly with Wordpress 5.6.2 I have some problems while trying to view and edit current form entries.

When I press "View" to view that form entry, I have to double click in order to open the popup.
Then, when I try to modify anything and press Save, I also have to press 2 times the save button.

If I want to make anything with Caldera Forms I have to double press to execute what I want.

What PHP Errors Have You Logged While Reproducing This Bug?

  • Apparently none. When I press a Caldera Forms button, nothing happens, then I try again and seems to work, but no errors reported.

What JavaScript Errors Have You Seen While Reproducing This Bug?

No errors in console but there are some warnings:

  • caldera-forms-front.min.js:1 [Violation] Added non-passive event listener to a scroll-blocking 'touchstart' event. Consider marking event parsley.min.js:2 handler as 'passive' to make the page more responsive. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5745543795965952
  • parsley.min.js:2 Accessing the method 'addValidator' through Validator is deprecated. Simply call 'window.Parsley.addValidator(...)'

Thanks
