cpan> install Bundle::Camelcade
The bundle file "D:\strawberry\strawberry32\cpan\Bundle\Camelcade.pm" may be a broken
bundlefile. It seems not to contain any bundle definition.
Please check the file and if it is bogus, please delete it.

Not sure if this is still a thing, we now have integration tests for this and it looks fine: https://github.com/Camelcade/Bundle-Camelcade/actions

Ok, problem appears only with cpan. cpanminus works fine
