Description of the bug

CE 21 Omega
I start the add-on, go to login with the authentication key and the add-on drops me to the place shown in the picture. I don't have a chance today, because I don't choose an option. After I clicked on the top right, it says, log in to use netflix.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to netflix add-on

I have the same issue with libreelec 12.00, no automatic login at the boot time.

The temporaly workaround is to go in addon parameters expert mode in ESN/Widevine parameters and reinit ESN number. It works for me.

Thanks @jlb312 , was stuck for long time, tried your fix and pressed reset ESN, now it works again..
