Referencing Rocketpool's implementation of this feature on an open issue in Lighthouse: sigp/lighthouse#2880

Prysm Issue for Feature: prysmaticlabs/prysm#10035

Already implemented in Nimbus and Teku.

Describe the solution you'd like

Support Rocketpool's integration of this feature alongside the four different clients.
