The following macros should be collapsed and selectable

  • hold alt [decimal unicode/cp-1252] release alt for Windows
  • hold alt numpad plus [hex unicode] relelase alt for Windows with HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Input Method set to 1
  • hold ctrl hold shift u [hex unicode] enter for xkb/linux
  • hold option [hex unicode with surrogate +] release option for MacOS
