Delete/restoring newly-created chords has undefined behavior

Repro:

1. Create a new chord, don't save to the device
2. Click delete beside it, it's crossed out
3. Click the same button (which is now a restore/undelete icon), at this point unexpected behavior starts to happen
4. If the button becomes delete again, clicking that button will cause the whole entry to disappear without being crossed out.
