This is on a PC with an i7 4770k with an r9 290x Dedicated GPU and the iGPU disabled
Also i'm using a Displayport to HDMI cable to get 4K at 60hz on this older GPU but sometimes it can flicker and give weird artifacts tho but i have not had it happen after i reinserted the cable

Also i downgraded because otherwise gaming mode was not starting
