Login not working anymore #5357

I had churchcrm running over a year for our church. After the latest update (3 october 2020) the login does not work anymore. Also another Administrator is unable to login. When we login the username and password are accepted but immideatley we get again the login page again.
So we are not able to get in the web-app.

The logfile shows this:

Hopefully this is an known issue.

On what page in the application did you find this issue?

/churchcrm/session/begin

On what type of server is this running? Dedicated / Shared hosting? Linux / Windows?

Shared hosting (one.com)

What browser (and version) are you running?

Safari Versie 14.0 (15610.1.28.1.9, 15610)

What version of PHP is the server running?

7.4

What version of SQL Server are you running?

PHP & Database - MariaDB

What version of ChurchCRM are you running?

I think the lates because in august I had used the recommended upgrade within the (web) software

After requesting for a new password I get the message "Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this point in time."

It is version 4.1.0

request password requires SMTP is setup.

If I use my private name to request a new password, I receive a email with a link. Following that link gives me a blank page.

My private name has also admin rights.
This is what I get when I follow the link.

What URL did it send you to? you may have bad config

I dit a new installation (version 4.1.3) but the problem stays the same. After login I am redirected to the login.

Hi, everybody, I have churchcrm version 4.3.2 running on windows 2010 r2 server and this is working perfect, if anybody has any problem setting it up or accessing it. drop an email at [email protected] or [email protected]. I will guide thru the installation
