Time Circles is a strange concept that would confuse anyone digging in blockscout after using a circles app using time circles such as circles.garden

Include conversion help:

The circles.garden app uses time circles (TC) which is an artificial (non-blockchain) currency. Its a conversion derivation of blockchain circles (CRC).
