Description

Add to Tripetto a "Get location input from user" question

Acceptance Criteria

Should be the 5th question
Question reads: "Share your location to see local reports:"
- Zipcode (needs to accept only numeric input 5 characters long)
- Locate Me
  - When clicked, triggers browser permission prompt to "Know your location")
  - If accepted, gets geolocation via browser
  - If blocked, highlight the zipcode field in red in response (if it's empty)
