Ledger Nano X Integration

Reproduction steps:

1. Attempt a NEP-5 token transfer with a Ledger Nano X.
2. Confirm the transaction on the Ledger Nano X by scrolling through the details.

When attempting to view the details on the Ledger Nano X device, sometimes it will show "No info available" where it should show the destination address and transfer amount. Other times, it will show partial NEO addresses, but the address is replicated 2-3 times on the screen and only the first 6-7 characters of the address are displayed. It never seems to display the amount nor the token/asset being transferred.

It should be very easy to reproduce if you just test any transaction on the new Ledger device. I'm guessing the new Ledger Nano X has new APIs that Neon just needs to be updated to deal with.
