If you start cutting metal door with acetylene torch with a small tank, it will run out of charges midway, you reload it with big tank which will cause it to not fit into pocket and ask you to wield it instead, then try to finish the cutting - game will crash to desktop.
Spawn and wear hiking backpack (should work with others with similar pockets)
Spawn acetylene torch, one small welding tank, one big welding tank, welding goggles, and some stuff to fill the rest of the free space except carabiner pockets (couple hundreds cottonwood tree bolls for example)
Put big tank and goggles into the backpack, fill the rest of the space with padding stuff
Load torch with a small tank and put it into inventory (it should go into a carabiner pocket)
Cut 3 closed metal doors which should bring small tank to 14/350
Start cutting another door, torch will run out of charges on 6/350
Reload with a big tank, torch will not fit into pocket so game will ask you to either wield or drop. Wield it.
Try to finish cutting the door - it will cause a crash
