Describe the bug

When i attempt to use gateway to get to the Exodi, my game segfaults

Steps to reproduce

I originaly thought the game segfaults because i try to teleport to closed door. but it looks like the tile is occupied by exodii worker.
just tested it, closed door wil segfault too
it does take some time to crash though.

Expected behavior

either prevent use of gateway, or teleport to nearest viable space
