Describe the bug

Powdered milk and Popcorn kernels needs to be audited so that they fit into smaller containers

Most other powders are 0.01 per unit some are 0.03 and they all fit into those containers, i had only noticed this when i was organising my post town raid/looting into less. but bigger containers

Steps to reproduce

Get Powdered milk, popcorn kernels, try to place inside gallon jug or plastic jerrycan but unable to.

Expected behavior

To be able to put these powder/small items into a container that should easily have a large enough opening to fit them through.
