"link the title to the original article" does not work with ajax

If I use an ajax post loading, or a search that uses ajax, the "link the title to the original article" code snippet does not function. The posts do not link to the original article. Is there a way to make it work with ajax?

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install the "link the title to the original article" code snippet
2. Import some feeds via Feedzy
3. Use an ajax load more or search module to display the imported posts
4. Click any post and you won't be redirected to the original article, but to the imported one on your website
