Error assertions should be configurable to expect certain error messages and version specific exception types.

  • Extend EOS Exception handling to expect a certain error message.
  • Determine exception name like eosio_assert_message_exception based on currently configured EOS version.
  • Add output message to present when expected message was not thrown?
