Conda Navigator not opening #13333

Resolved. Had to remove an environment variable that was conflicting with the TLS CA certificate due to PostgreSQL |

What happened?
I just installed Anaconda. Not able to launch the navigator as I keep getting this error
Tried to find the file located in "C:\Users%USERNAME%\Anaconda3\Lib\site-packages\binstar_client_init.py" but is not there. Could someone please help me in this regard?
