Make the "Cost to rebuy" on Krumblor sacrifices conform with large number format

When hovering on the krumblor sacrifice button it shows how many cookies it will cost to rebuy the buildings that will be sacrificed, but because it's not shown in a format like 1.26 Quadr it is basically useless since it's hard to read.

I request that the number shown here follow the formatting selected by the user in the options.
