I've had several builds fail on this command. Related to Issue #869.

The command "docker build -t counterparty/counterwallet:$DOCKER_TAG --no-cache --build-arg TRANSIFEX_USER="$TRANSIFEX_USER" --build-arg TRANSIFEX_PASSWORD="$TRANSIFEX_PASSWORD" ." failed and exited with 3 during .
