I have found a possible solution to the problem. I had fabric 1.19.2 and there was a bug due to which it is impossible to power two tanks with infinite water from 1 chunk, regardless of the distance of infinite sources from each other. that is, 1 infinite source in 1 chunk per 1 tank.
