1.18.2 create requires flywheel 0.6.9, but it does not exist at the moment on curse forge. How do I get the game to work?

You version is this: Create 1.18.2 v0.5.1a
Read the description of the mod: This version of Create runs on Forge.
As of 0.5.1, Flywheelm no longer has to be installed separately.

actually, i have the same issue, where create requires a non existing flywheel version
and, when i uninstall flywheel, it simply drops an unknown error

Can you show the actual error? Are you using other mods (which in that case could mess up with it...) ?

i removed flywheel, reinstalled create and it worked

for me, when removing flywheel, create works fine but the addons for it still more or less all need flywheel installed, but when flywheel is installed, create throws a fit

Create do install Flywheel by itself now, I can even see it in the mod list, so installing it another time WILL throws errors (1 is enough). Both Flywheel and Create are bundled in one package.

If some addons doesn't work as intented, first make sure sure that those have been updated for Create 0.5.1 (versions previously compatible with 0.5.0 will NOT work unless updated). If there is still a problem, them probably made an error themselves.

(I know all major addons have been updated (unless 1 or 2 that are no longer maintained), but that's not the case for many minor addons. You'll have a choice to do there: stay back on 0.5.0 with all your addons or update to 0.5.1 but lose some (which I think is more beneficial)).

If you are running the create mod it will include flywheel in the installation. Other mods that require flywheel should work fine without installing flywheel separately
