What the hell happened to my create!?

Describe the Bug

I started a world, and when I opened my inventory in creative mod, nearly all of the create items have been wiped off, despite the fact that nothing seems to be causing it (I think it might be a mod that I've installed, like Amendments, but who knows).

Reproduction Steps

1. Start a world with creative mode
2. Open inventory
3. Click on "Create Section"

Expected Result

There are only six items, when there should be far more than that.

Nevermind, the issue is back again, only this time, it has slightly more items, but the rest have disappeared!
