Using old version of Galleon caused "Origination Operation Failed" error

I tried to add a delegate for the first time and kept receiving the origination message. It still charged a fee from what I can tell. It's a bit frustrating to get such an obtuse error. The problem disappeared when updating from a recent release (0.9.3b) to the newest release(0.9.4b).
