In the contracts section of your moccasin.toml. If you have abi_from_explorer set to grab the ABI from somewhere. Maybe have a _true_abi in the MoccasinContract to pull from every time.

Could be a bigger refactor where every MoccasinContract is given their ABI as a property on network startup.
