This should not happen, I mean, "All Notes Off" is for holding notes reset but pitch must be preserved, some MIDI keyboards like mi old Roland D-10 send CC123 when all notes are released. This "BUG" means if you are patching some droning sound (non gated) in Cardinal and you are using a MIDI keyboard like mine just for pitch control, the pitch resets every time all notes are released.
