Carla/Ildaeil Host BBT is not consistent/regular #73

Can be seen with Ildaeil audiofile internal plugin (can only load mp3 files for now).
When host sync is enabled, audio is messed up. Seems the frame position jumps all over the place or something.
Plugin works correctly though, as seen by disabling host sync.

Reopening, while the frame counter is good now (audiofile plugin plays nicely), there still seems to be issues with BBT info.
Can be tested with lv2 metronome.
