Multi League Support

Allow for harambot to be configured and access data from multiple Yahoo Leagues in a single server

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideal this should be as invisible to the end user as possible. Having to select which league to run commands against will be clunky.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently only option is to run two instances of the bot and add them both to your server. This adds a ton of overhead to users who are self hosting and is not possible for those using the public bot.

Additional context

• This will likely require extensive changes on the DB.
