Generated Summary as Plain Text

When a user adds an link to the summary HTML, this can lead to issues in "latest lists".
In my case the summary is inside a link and that leads to issues.

Add a token option to render the summary as plain text?
[post:summary-plaintext] ?

FYI one can set the summary to plain text in [admin]
