Relay with TL2 VHF antenna does not connect to client with TL1 VHF antenna at very close distance.

Another very similar craft with the same antennas works fine.
After changing client antenna to TL2 the connection also works fine.

Craft file that has the issue:

Directional antennas have a minimum link range. This is probably working as intended

Hm. Those are definitely a pair of omni antennas. The second portion of the debug is cut off, but there's a link line drawn between the two vessels, so it built a link. Not sure what the link state for the relay to home looks like. There's logic that is trying to enforce how relays have to be TL-2 to function, not sure if there is an issue there where this particular link is not being treated that way.

I'm having a similar problem: None of my satellites seem to want to pass control and science through relay connections. All three satellites are TL2. The middle one is selected, an as per the bottom right, has no science (or control) connection, despite RA saying all connections are good.

Latest release fixed it for me ¯_(ツ)_/¯
