Fix cursor position when sorting by recently played upon reboot

What's changed?

• Fixed an issue that made the cursor position be misplaced after launching a game when sorting by recently played.
• This PR kind of addresses Option to always start the cursor at the beginning of the game list on boot #2429 by fixing its described issue. However, this does not implement the requested feature of adding an option that forces the cursor position at the beginning.
