1.16_ALPHA版本编译流程

弄了好久才把这个编过去
1.拉取项目
2.将pom里面的maven-scala-plugin.version从4.4.0改成4.8.0，不然编译会报noSuchMethod的异常
3.编译会提示HttpColumnConverter里面找不到commonConf变量，看了下源码是里面的参数名写错了，将构造器里的this.commonConf改成 this.commonConfig
4.使用mvnw clean package -DskipTests编译，不跳过测试用例的话也编不过去
5.然后总算是编完了，第二点和第三点应该是个小BUG，这边顺带也反馈一下
