Add the possibility to blacklist some methods in the Hunt Optimizer

Hi,

When searching for some items, there’s a quest (= method) that often gets selected due to the high number of enemies : the Christmas Fiasco (Ep4).

Problem is, this quest is an event, and is not always available (at least on Ephinea, in any case).

Could you add a way to blacklist some methods ? It would permit users to remove the quests they don’t particulary like, or unavailable quests like Christmas Fiasco.

That would be a nice feature to have. As a workaround you can set a method's time to a very high value (e.g. 1000:00) to effectively blacklist it.
